Lenzburg, Switzerland Apply for RoleAls geübter Coach / Ausbildner führst Du für Adecco in der gesamten D-CH diverse Staplerkurse mit Stapler und Staplersimulatoren durch. Die Kurse finden vor Ort bei unseren Kunden oder an externen Standorten statt.
Deine Verantwortungen- Du bist als Ausbildner im Bereich- Staplerführerkurse für unsere Ausbildungsbereiche im Einsatz
- Planung (Jahresplan), Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kursen (z.B. Stapler-/, Kran-/ und Hubarbeitsbühnen-/Bediener Kurse)
- Vermitteln von theoretischen und praktischen Lektionen
- Administrative Nachbearbeitung von durchgeführten Kursen (Erfassen von Daten etc.)
- Mitwirkung bei der Kursentwicklung
- Deine Einsätze werden kurs- oder tageweise geplant – auch samstags
- Die Durchführung der Kurse erfolgt national und primär bei unseren Kunden vor Ort oder an einem externen Standort des Kunden
- Aktive Mitarbeit und Überwachung des Risiko- und Changemanagements
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für die Kurse
- Erarbeiten und Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements
- Planung und Begleitung von internen sowie externen Inspektionen und Audits
- Eine abgeschlossene Aus- / Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Transport
- Staplerfahrer Ausweis (SUVA anerkannt) sowie Hubarbeitsbühnen Bedienerausweis (von Vorteil) gemäss EKAS-Richtlinien
- Technisches Flair und praktischen Fähigkeiten aus einer gleichwertigen Funktion
- Affinität für digitale Anwendungen (für Schulungen mit Stapler & Staplersimulatoren)
- Den Teilnehmenden mit Begeisterung die berufliche Erfahrung weitervermitteln
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch, weitere Landessprachen und Englisch von Vorteil
- Organisationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse
- Reisebereitschaft
