Nous recherchons pour accompagner notre croissance un Gestionnaire de paie H/F qui sera basé à La Défense.

Vos missions seront :

 -Effectuer sous contrôle le traitement informatisé des paies et soldes de tout compte, conformément aux procédures et règles définies par la Direction.

-Prendre en charge l’ensemble des déclarations sociales, enquêtes obligatoires (DARES, …) et reportings sociaux dans les délais impartis et dans le respect des règles légales.

-Effectuer le règlement des cotisations dans les délais impartis et s’assure en permanence du bon traitement du compte auprès des organismes sociaux,

-Assurer le suivi des arrêts de travail (attestation sécurité sociale, traitement des IJSS, …),

-Proposer et mets en application les modifications du système d’information de l’entreprise afin d’optimiser le processus de paie et de gestion sociale,

-Garantir par un contrôle régulier de la fiabilité des données saisies dans l’outil informatique et des données transmises aux interlocuteurs privilégiés.

 -Assurer le lien  avec les différents organismes sociaux (sécurité sociale, prévoyance, mutuelle, retraite, …) notamment pour la mise à jour des affiliations, radiations et gestion des dossiers sinistres.


Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e), disposant de 4 ans d’expérience minimum en tant que gestionnaire de paie.

La personne devra :

Être à l’aise avec les chiffres et faire preuve d’une grande rigueur dans les calculs (maladie, absences, base de dixième, provisions, etc.)
Maîtriser Excel, notamment les recherches V et les Tableaux Croisés Dynamiques (TCD)
Être autonome, curieuse et dans une démarche d’apprentissage active.
Savoir travailler avec des outils SIRH ; la connaissance de Teams RH (Cegedim), et Euroquartz / eTemptation serait un plus apprécié
Une forte sensibilité aux enjeux de la gestion du temps, une capacité d’analyse, et une grande fiabilité dans l’exécution des tâches sont essentielles pour ce poste.
