In deze rol als combineer jeconsultancy, sales en people management binnen de defensiesector.
Wat ga je doen?Als Practice Manager ben jij dé spil tussen onze klant, jouw consultants en Akkodis. Je werktdagelijks on-site op je projecten versnelt de groei van onze dienstverlening binnen deze strategische klant.
- Onderhouden en uitbreiden van de samenwerking met Thales Hengelo
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders binnen de defensiesector
- Versnellen van sales en uitbreiden van lopende projecten bij Thales
- Opbouwen, begeleiden en aansturen van een team engineers (±6 collega’s)
- Intensief samenwerken met recruitment om jouw team verder uit te bouwen
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van consultants op performance en groei
- Signaleren van kansen binnen een “ons kent ons” netwerk in regio Twente
- Monitoren van KPI’s zoals omzet, marge en inzetbaarheid
- Bijdragen aan forecasting, budgettering en strategische groei
Je opereert in een complexe high-tech omgeving waar jij het verschil maakt door sterke relaties en ondernemerschap.
Wat breng jij mee?Wij zoeken een medior professional die techniek begrijpt én mensen inspireert:
- 3-5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, consultancy- of leidinggevende rol (medior niveau)
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch
- Affiniteit met high-tech engineering en/of defensie
- Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden
- Ondernemend, resultaatgericht en mensgericht
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
- In bezit van een Nederlands paspoort (vereist i.v.m. defensieomgeving)
Pré: beschikbaar als sparringpartner of consultant op technische inhoud
Wat bieden wij?- Salaris tussen €3.342 en €5.847
- Bonusstructuur: tot 15% van het jaarsalaris
- 24 vakantiedagen + mogelijkheid om 12 extra dagen bij te kopen
