Etsimme uutta kollegaa Adeccon Suomen pääkonttorille Helsingin Vallilaan. Tässä tehtävässä olet tärkeä osa toimiston arkea: vastaanotat vieraitamme, autat adeccolaisia ja huolehdit siitä, että monet käytännön asiat sujuvat mutkattomasti.
Työ sopii erinomaisesti esimerkiksi opintojen rinnalle tai sinulle, joka etsit joustavaa osa-aikaista työtä kansainvälisessä työympäristössä. Työaika on 6–20 tuntia viikossa, pääsääntöisesti kolmena arkipäivänä viikossa klo 8.30–15.00 välillä.
Aulapalvelussa olet yksi toimistomme ensimmäisistä kohtaamisista ja tärkeä osa hyvää vierailukokemusta. Vastaanotat ja ohjaat vieraita sekä autat heitä erilaisissa käytännön kysymyksissä. Samalla tuet toimistomme arkea monipuolisissa hallinnollisissa tehtävissä.
Päivääsi voi kuulua esimerkiksi postitusta, verkkokauppatilausten käsittelyä, järjestelmätietojen päivittämistä ja tiedonhakua. Tehtävä onkin mukava yhdistelmä ihmisten kohtaamista, käytännön tekemistä ja hallinnollista työskentelyä.
Etsimme ennen kaikkea positiivista ja luotettavaa kollegaa, joka tarttuu asioihin oma-aloitteisesti ja hoitaa sovitut tehtävät huolellisesti loppuun. Viihdyt ihmisten parissa, autat mielelläsi muita ja kohtaat niin vieraat kuin työkaverit ystävällisesti ja ammattimaisesti.
Toivomme sinulta:* sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
* hyviä asiakaspalvelu- ja yhteistyötaitoja
* huolellista, luotettavaa ja oma-aloitteista työotetta
* valmiutta käyttää erilaisia IT-järjestelmiä ja oppia uusia
* soveltuvia korkeakouluopintoja esimerkiksi kaupalliselta tai henkilöstöhallinnon alalta.
Aiempi kokemus asiakaspalvelusta on eduksesi. Myös ruotsin tai muiden kielten osaaminen on plussaa, mutta ei välttämätöntä.
