Senior Project Manager - Career Transition & Mobility (Transfergesellschaften, BQG & Outplacement), LHH Deutschland

Als Senior Project Manager übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für große und komplexe Career Transition & Mobility-Projekte. Du führst Transfergesellschaften, Beschäftigungs- und Qualifizierungsgesellschaften (BQG), umfangreiche Freiwilligenprogramme sowie Outplacementprojekte von der Konzeption und Implementierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei verbindest du strategische Kundenberatung mit exzellenter operativer Umsetzung, sicherer Governance und konsequenter Ergebnisorientierung.

Im Bereich Career Transition & Mobility begleitet LHH Unternehmen bei Restrukturierungen, Transformationen und Personalabbaumaßnahmen. Wir unterstützen Mitarbeitende in beruflichen Übergangsphasen durch Karriereberatung, Qualifizierung und Vermittlungsunterstützung. In dieser Senior-Rolle steuerst du anspruchsvolle Stakeholder-Strukturen, entwickelst tragfähige Projektlösungen und stellst eine verlässliche Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Sozialpartnern, Transferträgern, Bildungspartnern und der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sicher.

Deine Rolle im Team

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Implementierung, Steuerung und den erfolgreichen Abschluss großer und komplexer Transfergesellschafts-, BQG-, Freiwilligen- und Outplacementprojekte.
  • Entwicklung belastbarer Projektstrukturen, Governance-Modelle, Meilensteinpläne und Kommunikationskonzepte für Projekte mit mehreren Workstreams, Standorten oder Stakeholder-Gruppen.
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen, Projektziele, KPIs, Budgets, Zeitpläne, Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischer Anforderungen.
  • Funktion als zentrale strategische und operative Ansprechperson für Kunden, Geschäftsleitungen, HR, Betriebsräte, Sozialpartner, Transferträger, Bildungspartner und weitere externe Stakeholder.
  • Beratung von Kunden zu geeigneten Umsetzungsmodellen im Kontext von Restrukturierung, Personalabbau, Transferlösungen, freiwilligen Austrittsprogrammen und Outplacement.
  • Planung, Leitung und Moderation von Kick-offs, Steuerungskreisen, Beiratssitzungen, Status- und Eskalationsterminen, Workshops sowie Informationsveranstaltungen.
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination von Project Managern, Project Coordinators, Berater:innen, Coaches, Bildungspartnern und weiteren Dienstleistern.
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Zusammenarbeit mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sowie der regelkonformen Umsetzung von Transferkurzarbeitergeld, Qualifizierungsförderung, AZAV- und SGB-III-Anforderungen.
  • Überwachung der Beratungs-, Qualifizierungs- und Vermittlungsleistungen sowie Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Teilnehmer- und Kundenerfahrung über alle Projektphasen hinweg.
  • Steuerung mehrerer anspruchsvoller Projekte und Prioritäten zugleich unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Ressourcenauslastung.
  • Frühzeitige Identifikation und aktive Steuerung von Projektrisiken, Abhängigkeiten, Eskalationen und Veränderungen einschließlich Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
  • Erstellung, Analyse und Präsentation von Projekt-, KPI-, Budget- und Management-Reports für interne und externe Entscheidungsträger.
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen, nachvollziehbaren und revisionssicheren Projektdokumentation sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Standards und Tools.
  • Mentoring und fachliche Unterstützung von Project Managern und Project Coordinators sowie Beitrag zu Onboarding, Wissenstransfer und Best-Practice-Austausch im Team.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Solutions, Delivery, Finance und weiteren internen Schnittstellen; Unterstützung bei Scoping, Aufwandsschätzung, Ressourcenplanung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenlösungen.

Deine Erfahrung

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Human Resources, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Arbeitsmarktmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • 5 bis 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in Career Transition, Outplacement, HR Services, Restrukturierung, Beratung oder Professional Services.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung großer und komplexer Kundenprojekte mit mehreren Stakeholder-Gruppen, Workstreams oder Standorten.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Transfergesellschaften und/oder BQGs sowie mit umfangreichen Freiwilligen- oder Outplacementprogrammen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse arbeitsmarktpolitischer Instrumente und relevanter regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen, insbesondere Transferkurzarbeitergeld, AZAV und SGB III.
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Projektgovernance, Budget- und Risikomanagement, Ressourcenplanung, Reporting sowie Eskalationsmanagement.
  • Souveränes Auftreten und nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern auf Fach-, Management- und Geschäftsleitungsebene aufzubauen.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Beratungs-, Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Hohe Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Belastbarkeit, Priorisierungsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit in dynamischen, komplexen oder mehrdeutigen Situationen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Teams und SharePoint; Erfahrung mit Salesforce sowie CRM-, PSA-, Reporting- oder Projektmanagementsystemen ist von Vorteil.
