Binnen België staat het team van Adecco 24/7 in voor een vlotte service buiten de kantooruren en voor nationale klanten die continue ondersteuning nodig hebben. Deze afdeling werkt in een shiftsysteem en is gevestigd in Groot-Bijgaarden.
Als Product & Talent Specialist 24/7 speel je een cruciale rol in zowel de operationele ondersteuning van klanten als in de adoptie en optimalisatie van digitale tools zoals Beeple, Planbition en andere systemen binnen onze organisatie. Je combineert jouw kennis van het staffing-proces met digitale expertise om collega's, klanten én tools naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
Jouw missie:Operationele 24/7 ondersteuning:
Beheren van inkomende aanvragen buiten de openingsuren, opvolgen van kandidaten en opmaken van contracten.
Zorgen voor opvolging van afwezigheden, timesheets en verlengingen.
Rapporteren over acties naar betrokken kantoren en klanten.
Klachtenbeheer en mailboxmanagement.
Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan teamleaders en NAL’s (zoals het aanleveren van data).
- Coachen van ambassadeurs en teams in het juiste gebruik van deze tools en begeleiden van de gedragsverandering.Teamwerking & optimalisatie
Teamwerking & optimalisatie
Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het 24/7 team samen met de Teamlead.
Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van teammeetings en bij het opstellen van werkroosters.
Identificeren van optimalisatiekansen in processen en tools.
Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders m.b.t. de 24/7 werking en digitale tools.
Digitale tools & adoptie
Stimuleren van het gebruik van digitale en legacy tools zoals Beeple en Planbition binnen het kantorennetwerk.
Geven van 1e en 2e lijn ondersteuning aan kantoren en klanten als Beeple Power User.
Feedback verzamelen en rapporteren naar de globale productorganisatie.
Testen, valideren en implementeren van nieuwe features en werkwijzen.
Waken over lokale kwaliteitscontrole en juiste toepassing van digitale tools.
Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting.
Minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, met een goede kennis van het Engels.
Sterke affiniteit met digitale oplossingen, IT-systemen en release management.
Communicatief sterk, analytisch, klantgericht en organisatorisch onderlegd.
Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een wisselend shiftsysteem te werken.
Kennis van de uitzendsector of ervaring als digital coach is een plus.
