Wat ga je doen?Als Finance & Reporting Controller ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons Finance-team in Groot-Bijgaarden. Je zorgt voor nauwkeurige en tijdige rapportering, ondersteunt de business met analyses en advies, en werkt actief mee aan de optimalisatie van onze processen en systemen.
Je krijgt een uitdagende rol binnen een topteam, met alle ruimte om je ambities waar te maken en je expertise verder uit te bouwen.
Wat je doet:
- Je verzekert tijdige en correcte rapportering naar onze kantoren en hoofdzetel in Zwitserland.
- Je verwerkt en controleert marges en operationele kosten van onze verschillende maatschappijen.
- Je analyseert resultaten en maakt deze duidelijk en inzichtelijk voor het management.
- Je volgt wijzigingen in sociale wetgeving, subsidies en verzekeringen die het bedrijfsresultaat beïnvloeden.
- Je optimaliseert rapporteringssystemen (Excel, Datawarehouse) en ondersteunt ad hoc analyses.
- Je adviseert de business proactief en werkt projectmatig aan verbeteringen en nieuwe procedures.
- Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor en begeleidt deze in samenwerking met de Financial Planning & Reporting Manager.
- Je hebt een Master of Bachelor in economie of finance.
- Je werkt accuraat, analytisch en gestructureerd, en vertaalt cijfers duidelijk naar je doelgroep.
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, vooral rond maandelijkse deadlines.
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van Excel en interesse in IT-applicaties; ervaring met PeopleSoft of HFM is een plus.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in controlling, accounting of audit.
