Deine Aufgaben

Du liebst innovative Lösungen und setzt diese in Entwürfen neuer Trainingskonzepte um - dabei nutzt Du webbasierte Lernmedien sowie klassische Trainingsmethoden
Du führst IT-Trainings in unterschiedlichen Schulungsformaten (u.a. Classrooms, 1:1-Trainings, IT-Coachings, Train the Trainer etc.) durch

Du erstellst kontinuierlich digitalen Content in modernen Formaten (u.a. Video-Tutorials)

Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Anwendungen (inkl. Prozessänderung) und trägst kontinuierlich zur erfolgreichen Nutzung im Tagesgeschäft bei
Du bringst Dein Wissen sowie Deine pädagogischen Fähigkeiten bei uns ein und entwickelst so moderne Trainings sowie Workshops weiter
Du entwickelst unsere bestehenden Lernangebote weiter
Du bist daran interessiert, künstliche Intelligenz nicht nur in den Schulungsformaten zu nutzen, sondern Dein Wissen auch weiterzugeben

Dein Profil

Du hast ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Learning und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Wissensvermittlung sowie im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation mit
Im Umgang mit Menschen kannst Du komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich und zielgerichtet vermitteln
Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit Windows und MS Office
Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen als Trainer moderner Lernformate und in der Erstellung von Videos & Skripten
Ein hoher Dienstleitungsgedanke und der Wunsch, Dein Wissen an unsere Mitarbeiter weiterzugeben, runden Dein Profil ab
Du hast ein klares Verständnis zur Schaffung von Lerntransfer
Dabei helfen Dir Deine sehr guten Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in deutscher wie in englischer Sprache
