Creative Operations Manager, Brand Marketing, LHH (remote)
United States Apply for RoleLHH is seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to transform how we manage design project workflows, stakeholder communications, and creative processes. This role is critical to scaling our creative capabilities while building trust and transparency with stakeholders across the organization.
The Creative Operations Manager will serve as the operational bridge between internal stakeholders and our creative team, establishing robust intake processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless project delivery. This role requires someone who can both get into the operational details and think strategically about building scalable creative operations.
As an individual contributor reporting directly to leadership, this role will have significant influence over creative team resource allocation and project assignments while working collaboratively within LHH's established creative management structure.
Location:
- Remote, US-based candidates on Eastern Time Zone preferred with flexibility for US/EU collaboration
In this role you can expect to
Project Management & Stakeholder Relations
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement comprehensive intake system for creative project requests.
- Triage and prioritize requests based on business impact and resource availability.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project requests and briefs are complete, have clear direction, and meet necessary requirements before work begins, and escalating any necessary conversations to ensure brand strategy alignment.
- Assign projects to appropriate designers and manage stakeholder communications on timelines and expectations.
- Traffic projects between stakeholders and creative team, routing work for review and approval, and managing feedback and revision loops to ensure efficient project completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
Workflow & Process Optimization
- Manage and optimize workflow tools (e.g. Asana, project management systems) for efficient project tracking.
- Establish clear processes and standard operating procedures for creative project lifecycle.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend new tools and methodologies.
- Create transparency throughout creative processes to build stakeholder trust.
- Provide a layer of quality control to help ensure work is accurate, is delivering on objectives, and meets LHH brand standards and governance.
Resource Management & External Partnerships
- Monitor creative team workload and conduct resource planning analysis.
- Make strategic decisions on work allocation between internal team and external agency partners.
- Evaluate when external resources are necessary and manage vendor selection and relationships.
- Oversee time, budget, and deliverable management for external creative resources.
Digital Asset Management & Innovation
- Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) system maintenance and optimization.
- Stay current with creative technology trends and AI tools to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve creative processes.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Track project performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Develop reporting dashboards for creative team performance and project status.
- Lead process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and team productivity data.
Immediate Priorities
- Implement improved project intake and triage system
- Establish clear communication protocols and project transparency
- Build stakeholder confidence in creative team delivery capabilities
All About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, communications, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in creative/agency environments
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms)
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships across time zones.
- Flexibility to work across US and European business hours.
- Understanding of creative production processes and vendor management experience
Preferred:
- Agency or in-house creative team experience, preferably in B2B professional services
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and creative AI tools
- Background in scaling creative operations or building internal agency models.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Experience working with global, remote teams.

- Compensation: $100K - $120K per year plus annual bonus.
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
