Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Bremen, der mit Leidenschaft gemeinsam mit unserem Team die besten Talente für unsere spannenden Projekte im Bereich Aerospace, Defence & Naval findet.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt das Recruiting-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft entlang des gesamten Recruitingprozesses
  • Deine Hilfe im Bewerberkontakt, bei Terminabstimmungen und bei administrativen Aufgaben ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit
  • Du bringst dich in die Vorauswahl der Kandidat:innen ein und koordinierst und planst Interviews mit ihnen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und sorgst so für eine positive Candidate Experience
  • Die aktive Kandidatensuche über relevante Kanäle zählt ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben, um so passende Talente zu identifizieren
  • Du wirkst an abwechslungsreichen Recruiting-Projekten mit und bringst dabei eigene Ideen ein
Dein Profil
  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, z. B. im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalwesen, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast großes Interesse an Recruiting und idealerweise bereits erste praktischeErfahrungen im HR-Umfeld gesammelt
  • Du bist technisch affin, gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um und hast Spaß daran, dich in neue IT- und Bewerbermanagementsysteme einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
