About the role

This is your opportunity to take on a pivotal role in ensuring sound financial management and operational efficiency within a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation.

As a Financial PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring financial performance, managing cost recharges, facilitating month-end activities, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Budget Owners, Finance, Procurement, and Project Managers, to deliver financial insights and enable informed decision-making.

What you’ll be doing
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts while monitoring financial performance and delivering variance analysis.
  • Cost Recharges: Manage inter-company cost allocations across cost centres and legal entities.
  • Month-End Closing: Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align financial objectives with organisational goals by working closely with Finance, Procurement, and project teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial processes.
  • Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate financial risks within the portfolio.
  • Workforce Management: Oversee internal and external resource allocations and assist with project staffing.
  • Contract Renewals: Track contract expirations, consult stakeholders on renewals, and collaborate with Procurement for successful negotiations.
About you
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Clarity, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential
