Global Operations Support
Bengaluru, India Apply for RoleThe primary role of the Global Operations Support is to perform skilled operations support work to support the Global LHH Business. They will interact with global delivery ops colleagues, auditing and understand incoming support requests, undertaking actions or escalating for approvals as required. They will also support the local GDS admin team with workforce planning, quality control and implementing best practices.
In this role you can expect to:
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform skilled administrative tasks as allocated by the Lead.
- Support workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage for centralized processes.
- Support with the processing of operational tasks taken on by GDS team and suggest changes and improvements to streamline and make things more efficient.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate improvements, blockers and successes.
- Ensure that work produced meets LHH quality standards.
- Comply with Quality, Health and Safety requirements.
- Comply with the Group’s policies and procedures laid out in various management systems.
Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Analytical Skills:
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Critical thinking to evaluate situations and make informed decisions and improvement suggestions.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional email etiquette

- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

All About You:
- 2+ years in a professional environment
- Professional communication skills in English
- Demonstrable experience within a matrixed, global organization
- Experience in workforce capacity planning to ensure adequate coverage
