Senior Business Developer – Cuentas Locales en México
Descripción General

El Business Developer (BD) en Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) es responsable de liderar estrategias de ventas B2B en el sector de gestión de talento y recursos humanos, enfocándose en soluciones integradas de CareerTransition, Talent Management y LeadershipDevelopment (CTM/LD) para el mercado local en México. Este puesto híbrido requiere fluidez avanzada en español y un manejo competente del inglés. Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en ventas consultivas y complejas, con profundo conocimiento del mercado y ecosistema empresarial en México.
Propósito del Rol

Impulsar el crecimiento comercial mediante la captación de nuevos clientes y la expansión de cuentas existentes en México, alineando las soluciones de LHH a las necesidades estratégicas de las empresas locales.
Responsabilidades Principales
Prospección y adquisición de nuevos clientes (70%):
- Identificar y contactar a prospectos en México, diseñando estrategias efectivas de penetración de mercado.
- Desarrollar propuestas consultivas y personalizadas para cada cliente.
- Representar a LHH en eventos locales y regionales, así como en redes profesionales clave.
Gestión y expansión de cuentas existentes (30%):
- Fortalecer las relaciones con clientes actuales para garantizar su satisfacción y continuidad.
- Detectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales dentro de la cartera actual, promoviendo la venta cruzada de servicios.
Estrategia y colaboración:
- Definir planes de acción y estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de crecimiento de LHH México.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos (delivery, marketing, finanzas) para garantizar la entrega efectiva de nuestras soluciones.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de recursos humanos y negocios en el mercado local.
Requisitos Clave
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 4 años en ventas B2B en México, idealmente en servicios de consultoría, recursos humanos o servicios profesionales.
- Historial comprobable de generación de nuevos negocios y manejo exitoso de cuentas.
Habilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.
- Proactividad, orientación a resultados y habilidades analíticas.
- Manejo efectivo de CRM y herramientas comerciales.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades de manera autónoma y en equipo.
Educación:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Relaciones Comerciales o afines.
Idiomas:
- Fluidez en español y nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
