VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Centre de Services en tant que Gestionnaire de Comptes, vous serez en charge de:

-Assurer la gestion administrative et financière d’un portefeuille agence et de son personnel intérimaire et CDI intérimaire. Votre rôle : garantir la fiabilité des éléments de paie et de facturation transmis
-Valider la saisie des éléments variables de paie
- Récupérer des éléments de paies et facturations auprès des salariés intérimaires et des entreprises utilisatrices
-Contrôler et l’analyser des indicateurs de gestion

D’autres missions vous seront confiées :

- Veiller à la satisfaction des salariés intérimaires, des entreprises utilisatrices et des agences du réseau en inspirant une relation de confiance avec les différents interlocuteurs
- Conseiller les clients et proposer des solutions à leurs problématiques
- Participer au traitement des réclamations


Vous en quelques mots…

- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de fiabilité et d’engagement.
- Vous avez une capacité à prioriser et avez le sens du service.
- Votre aisance relationnelle et vos capacités de communication orale et écrite vous permettent de vous adapter à tous les niveaux d’interlocuteurs.
- Vous avez le goût des chiffres et aimez la polyvalence.
- Vous maitrisez le pack office, Excel notamment.
