Présentation de la direction, de l’environnement, du contexte et de l’équipe :

Au sein de la Direction de la communication interne, votre rôle est de gérer, piloter et monitorer l’intranet du Groupe et la plateforme d’amplification sociale de nos collaborateurs afin de contribuer à valoriser l’image de l’entreprise, diffuser la stratégie ainsi que la culture du Groupe auprès des collaborateurs.

En tant que Chef de projet communication digitale H/F, votre rôle est d’élaborer, sous la responsabilité de votre manager, la stratégie de communication relative à l'engagement des collaborateurs sur ADICT et sur l’Employee Advocacy, de la mettre en œuvre et d’en assurer son développement et sa pérennité dans le temps. Vous êtes garant de la bonne utilisation et de la performance de ces canaux.

Dans ce cadre, vous êtes responsable de deux médias internes et aurez pour principales missions de :

·        Piloter la mise en ligne des contenus (articles d’actualités, pages thématiques) sur l’intranet du Groupe en France et rédiger les contenus nécessaires, en coordination avec les équipes de la Direction et d’autres services en interne ;

·        Réaliser des actions de webmastering, de lancement de nouveaux espaces et gérer l’évolutivité ainsi que les implantations des nouvelles fonctionnalités nécessaires avec les prestataires concernés ;

·        Animer le programme d’employee advocacy : plan de communication, animation des ambassadeurs, gestion et suivi des challenges ;

·        Assurer la gestion des prestataires sur votre périmètre et suivre les tickets d’incident auprès des supports de nos éditeurs ;

·        Piloter l’animation des communautés, conseiller et orienter les équipes internes sur le sujet ;

·        Former et informer les collaborateurs sur ces plateformes (campus intégration, formations en ligne, …) ;

·        Suivre les indicateurs de performance dans une logique d’innovation et d’optimisation : analyser les data internes et externes afin d’identifier les plans d’actions à mettre en place ; et être garant de la bonne coordination et communication entre les différents acteurs inhérents à ADICT et au programme d’employee advocacy (DSI, Transformation, …). 


Compétences requises : 

Niveau d’études :  Bac +5

Maitrise d’une langue requise : Anglais

Maitrise d’outils informatique : CMS de site web

Expérience souhaitée : Vous avez déjà une première expérience en Webmastering de préférence dans un grand groupe. Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des plateformes intranet/extranet.
