Le stagiaire Assistant Veille Marché et Concurrence H/F aura pour rôle d’accompagner l’équipe en charge de la veille marché et concurrence pour assurer une veille continue des tendances du marché de l’emploi et de contribuer à la réalisation d’études facilitant la prise de décision du Groupe.
Vous participerez à la collecte, l’analyse et l’interprétation des données de diverses sources afin d’identifier les opportunités et les menaces pour le Groupe.
Vos principales missions :
Collecte d'informations
- Surveiller les activités de la concurrence (offres, points marquants, chiffres …)
- Comprendre le positionnement des concurrents
- Analyser les stratégies marketing des concurrents
- Réaliser des études à la demande sur des points spécifiques des concurrents
- Réaliser des portraits concurrents afin d’informer le Groupe en continu
Etude et analyse
- Analyser le marché pour en identifier les tendances et alimenter la réflexion stratégique à moyen et long terme
- Contribuer des études spécifiques à la demande
- Mettre à jour les analyses sectoriels internes pour le Groupe
- Analyser les secteurs et leurs dynamiques
- Contribuer des études spécifiques à la demande
- Analyser les stratégies marketing des concurrents
- Réaliser des « portraits » concurrents
- Réaliser des études spécifiques à la demande
- Recherches ad’hoc
Valorisation de contenu
- Recherches ad’hoc et synthèses
- Réalisation de supports et d’analyses standardisés
- Participer à la diffusion et la valorisation des contenus
Vous avez le sens du service client et un bon esprit d'équipe. Une aisance relationnelle et une capacité d'analyse sont indispensables.
Vous vous intéressez au domaine de l'emploi et notamment le monde du recrutement et de l'intérim.
