We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Senior Treasury Manager based out of our Zurich, Switzerland headquarters to be part of our Global Treasury organization. The Senior Treasury Manager will be involved in an expansive range of areas such as financial risk management, capital markets financing, investments analysis, advising our regional & local treasurers across sixty countries around the globe, fast-changing treasury technologies, evolving cash management structures and a host of other topics!

As part of the Adecco Group Treasury team, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence the business of the world’s leading HR staffing company. What you’ll be doing
  • Support the implementation & execution of our financial risk management framework
  • Co-design strategy & policy for debt issuances, investments, inter-company lending
  • Enhance cash pooling & cash flow forecasting mechanisms and improve liquidity management
  • Optimize capital structure and gearing while supporting the maintenance of our IG rating
  • Manage, evaluate, and recommend banking relationships, products, services, and platforms
  • Support group companies in working capital and trade finance (guarantees) management
  • Identify opportunities and implement Treasury related business process improvements
  • Support acquisition integration in treasury
  • Investigate new developments in (treasury) technology, especially in the context of AI
  • Support the global roll-out of Kyriba and TIS
  • Build relationships with banks, rating agencies, investors, system vendors
About you
  • Masters in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of treasury experience in a multinational company
  • Professionally qualified e.g., ACT seen as an advantage
  • High integrity and feeling comfortable with controls, risk, and policies
  • Very good understanding of financial markets and derivatives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact cross-functionally
  • Systems and tech savvy – Kyriba experience an advantage
  • Self-driven, self-starter, resourceful team player and a problem solver
  • Ability to work under demanding timelines and within a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to convince and influence senior stakeholders with solid technical and personal statements
