Senior Specialist Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

The TPRM Senior Specialist supports the TPRM Team implementing and managing the Adecco Group's TPRM program. This program helps us to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage risks associated with working with certain industries, companies, or business partners that could harm our reputation or expose it to risks. In this role you will support and lead TPRM operational- and roll-out activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

The Senior Specialist TPRM reports to the VP TPRM and works closely with stakeholders from various global business units and central functions such as Procurement, Legal, Integrity & Compliance, ESG, Audit, Information Security, Data Privacy, Finance, Program Management and Sales.

• Role-Out: Support the global TPRM Roll-Out activities.
• Expertise and Systems: Provide expertise on the TPRM framework and support the configuration of relevant systems and processes.
• Process Updates: Regularly update processes and training materials to reflect new developments and requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, experts, and third parties to ensure successful execution of the program.
• Awareness and Training: Support TPRM-related training and communication.
• Risk Controls: Supportperiodic risk reviews to ensure compliance with the organization's standards.
• Reporting: Respond to TPRM-related requests, prepare reports and support audit and internal control activities.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a risk or control function, especially in TPRM within multinational companies. Professional accreditation in risk management or compliance is a plus.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of third-party risk/vendor management lifecycle.
• Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with TPRM-related regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Experience in global project management, process implementation, and improvement.
• Customer Focus: Solution-oriented with a focus on business needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with a structured working method.
• Data Skills: Good data management and analytical skills.
• Independence: Resilient, autonomous, and goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an asset.
