What you’ll be doingGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as a trusted strategic advisor to the Group SVP IT Adecco & Digital Innovation, this position involves setting and maintaining high standards, procedures, and best practices throughout the IT organization
• Builds a strong ITD department, fostering continuous exchange of knowledge and shared experiences
• Responsible for the day-to-day IT transformation efforts, the role demands seamless coordination with diverse stakeholders, including both business units and enabling functions
• Establish regular communication and devise long-term strategic plans
• Serves as the vital bridge between the IT department and business units particularly within the Pontoon MSP Solution—this role requires a deep understanding of both business goals and IT capabilities. This dual insight enables providing strategic guidance, supporting project success, and encouraging collaboration that aligns technology initiatives closely with organizational objective.
• Collaborates with senior business leaders to understand their goals and identify opportunities where technology can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the business unit's processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Serves as the primary point of contact between IT and business units, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Prepares and delivers presentations and reports to stakeholders on project status, outcomes, and IT capabilities.
• Advocates for IT initiatives and promote effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Provides training and supports to end-users to maximize technology usage.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and recommends IT solutions that drive organizational efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Defines and monitors KPIs and performance indicators to measure IT service delivery effectiveness and business impact.
• Prepares reports and analyses for senior management to inform strategic decision-making
•Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About youEDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with VMS systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY) and other workforce technology platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets, data transformation tools, and structured configuration documentation.
• Strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions, with a track record of aligning them effectively.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Lean, value stream mapping, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills including ability to identify issues and suggest solutions; and create, track, and manage dashboards.
• Ability to manage large cross-functional programs and projects.
• Strong social and networking skills: proactive, self-driven, effective, curious, quick learner, reliable, service and team-oriented.
• High level of trust and discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $170,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
