Business Analyst
Manila, Filipinas SolicitarThe Business Analyst is responsible for technology-driven innovation, quality data analysis, and business process improvement. This includes requirements gathering, design documentation and communication, testing and QA, and business process documentation. Acts as a project manager for delivery of efficient and effective business processes within the scope of a high transactional volume environment utilizing multiple technologies. Coordinates Vendor Management System representative, internal stakeholder, and client stakeholder expectations and timelines to deliver innovative, technology-enabled solutions and effective business process. Responsible for the marrying of client requirements, technology capabilities, and efficient business process to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders. Creates and updates procedures for all requests delivered on a schedule, embedding innovation and continuous improvement into the process.
What you’ll be doing- Acts as project manager for existing client analytic and technology-focused deliverables coordinating with MSP executives, corporate partners, VMS (Vendor Management System) partners to ensure technical and business process delivery is on time and a high quality, insightful and accurate product is delivered.
- Performs quality assurance testing of integrations and data related deliverables, provides feedback and clear expectation of responsibility.
- Provides written explanation of results to MSP Executives and independently takes the initiative to modify presentation of results based on knowledge of business process, emerging technologies and financial operations
- Collaborates with account management executives and client stakeholders to develop in-depth and insightful analysis while ensuring optimal design for operational efficiency
- Collaborates with financial operations specialists and supervisors to create detailed procedures; to include validation and quality assurance steps.
- Performs data reconciliations and analyses potential downstream impacts in efforts to identify and resolve reporting, business process, and financial implications.
- Performs analysis and data mapping of integration files to meet defined business requirements.
- Collects and analyzes client data (Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, Peoplesoft/Oracle reports etc) for scope/size, and element relationships to determine overall workflow, hierarchy and the configuration set up to support the solution. Provides consulting services in support of the development of the overall solution.
- Communicates design and interprets best practices to internal and external customers. (20%)
- Gathers and translates data and business requirements into technical specifications and collaborates with VMS partners, technology analysts, and financial stakeholders to implement.
- Utilizes change management principles in effort to minimize defects and negative impacts to business upon implementations.
- Works to leverage existing functionality and standardize scope operations.
- Follows established protocols and approval process.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or Computer Science.
- One (1) to four (4) years’ experience in business analytics, process management, project.
- Experience in the Staffing industry strongly desired but not required. Experience with VMS tools, such as Fieldglass or Beeline preferred but not required.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across technical, operational, and client teams.
- Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Web-based technical knowledge and VMS or Staffing Industry experience.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, automation tools, and innovation trends that can enhance business processes.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and recommend technology-driven process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Comfortable working with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) to optimize workflows.
- Experience creating process flows and mapping business processes, with working knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards.
- Ability to perform accurately in a detailed environment while being able to effectively prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with an aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
- Comfortable to work at any shift and open to a hybrid work set-up
