Nous recherchons un Contrôleur de Gestion Opérationnel H/F pour accompagner notre Direction Opérationnelle Nord.
Poste à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2025, basé à Lille.
Vous serez responsable de l’optimisation de la performance sur votre périmètre, en fournissant à la Direction Opérationnelle des analyses économiques et financières indispensables au pilotage stratégique et opérationnel de l'entreprise. Vous proposerez également des plans d’action visant à améliorer la rentabilité et à maîtriser les coûts.
Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

Contrôle de gestion
-Participer à la définition et au pilotage du processus de prévisions économiques et financières (budget / forecast).
-Analyser et animer les indicateurs financiers ainsi que les résultats sur votre périmètre.
-Anticiper et alerter sur les écarts par rapport aux objectifs ; proposer des plans d’action visant à améliorer la rentabilité et maîtriser les coûts.
-Assurer le support de niveau 2 aux agences concernant les états de gestion.
-Contribuer à la clôture mensuelle en lien avec les équipes du siège.
-Suivre et animer les cut-offs en coordination avec l’équipe zone et le middle office.
-Piloter le budget de la formation et assurer le suivi de sa rentabilité via l’analyse du taux de délégation post-formation.
-Animer les adjoints DZ (Directeur Zone) de votre périmètre sur les thématiques financières suivantes : délai de règlement, provisions économiques clients, digitalisation, risque URSSAF.

DSO / Credit Management
-En lien avec le service Crédit Client, piloter le processus de gestion des encours en identifiant et en alertant sur les éventuels dépassements.

Pilotage / Gouvernance
-Préparer et analyser les éléments financiers.
-Participer aux revues d’activité de la zone (Business Reviews).


Vous avez un BAC +5 en finance/contrôle de gestion ainsi que 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire. Vous avec une maîtrise avancée d’Excel et votre connaissance de Power BI est un plus.
