CHEF DE PROJET PGM H/F
Lyon, France Apply for RoleLHH accompagne ses clients dans la mise en œuvre de leurs projets de transformation ; le pôle de gestion des Mobilités (PGM) est une équipe dédiée au support RH et administratif qui intervient sur site client ou à distance sur tout ou partie de la gestion administrative d’un projet (gestion des départs, suivi des effectifs, etc.).
Dans ce cadre nous recrutons un Chef de projet PGM (H/F) sur Lyon idéalement ou à Paris la Défense pour piloter et assurer la réalisation de missions de conseil sur un ou plusieurs domaines d’intervention, coordonner l'équipe de consultants dédiée à la mission et être le garant de la réussite du projet (qualité et rentabilité) dans le respect des engagements contractuels.
Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable de practice, vos missions sont les suivantes :
ASSURER LE PILOTAGE DU PROJET DANS LE RESPECT DU CAHIER DES CHARGES, DU BUDGET, DES DÉLAIS ET DE LA QUALITÉ :
- Piloter l’ensemble du projet incluant tous les services y afférant (coordination des acteurs internes (paie, formation, frais) et management des équipes intervenantes pour la mise en œuvre (consultantes/assistantes gestion, formation)
- Proposer des solutions en respectant les impératifs, objectifs et contraintes des clients
- Superviser et/ou assurer la production de livrables
- Piloter le projet en garantissant le budget défini et en sachant rectifier la production et/ou alerter et travailler en concertation avec les équipes sales
ASSURER LA RÉALISATION DU PROJET :
Comprendre et analyser les demandes clients et proposer des solutions pertinentes et adaptées sur l’ensemble des services vendus en coordination avec les Chef.fe.s de projet concernés :
- Accompagner les services RH dans la phase de cadrage : rédaction, formalisation des processus administratifs, bibliothèque de courriers juridiques
- Assurer le respect des procédures, des processus et des courriers dans les délais légaux tout en assurant un rôle de vigilance quant à la conformité au PSE
- Centraliser la gestion administrative du plan pour les phases de reclassement, mobilité, volontariat, et de licenciement
- Être garant de la réalisation d’outils de suivi du plan, reporting, suivi des quotas
Vous disposez d’une expérience en conduite de projets idéalement acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil RH en transition de carrière et / ou une expérience opérationnelle RH de gestion d’un projet de transformation.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à gérer plusieurs missions et projets avec rigueur et organisation.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel.
Vous êtes autonome et proactif(ve), avec un excellent sens des priorités.
Enfin, vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais professionnel.
