Aujourd’hui nous recrutons un ATTACHE COMMERCIAL H/F basé au sein de notre agence de Lyon (69). 

Vous participez au développement commercial de l'agence et des parts de marchés dans les entreprises clientes. Vos missions sont les suivantes : 

Vente : 

  • Promouvoir l'offre et conseiller les clients/prospects sur leurs besoins en matière de travail temporaire et de recrutement
  • S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et/ou des collaborateurs, mesurer la qualité des prestations et mettre en oeuvre des actions correctives et préventives
  • Prospecter les cibles clients/prospects et identifier leurs besoins dans le domaine du travail temporaire et recrutement
  • Représenter l'entreprise en externe
  • Bâtir une offre commerciale travail temporaire et/ou recrutement adaptée aux besoins des clients/prospects
  • Veiller le marché de l'emploi et la concurrence sur son secteur
  • Négocier l'offre de travail temporaire et/ou recrutement et les conditions commerciales avec les clients et prospects
  • Détecter et/ou vendre des services additionnels
  • Organiser son activité commerciale, préparer ses rendez-vous et connaître ses clients/prospects

Gestion :

  • S'assurer de la solvabilité des clients et prospects
  • Constituer les dossiers clients, saisir et mettre à jour la base de données clients

Communication / Information :

  • Transférer à l'équipe et/ou aux personnes concernées des informations sur le marché, les opportunités commerciales, les spécificités de chaque prospect/client

Reporting :

  • Rendre compte de son activité et de ses résultats

Vous êtes autonome dans l’organisation de votre semaine pour dépasser vos objectifs et gagner les challenges commerciaux. Votre goût de travail d'équipe et votre capacité à partager les informations seront des atouts majeurs pour mener à bien vos missions. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience commerciale réussie, sédentaire ou terrain.


Vous êtes connecté(e) tant au tissu local qu’aux réseaux sociaux. Votre curiosité est un réel atout pour mener à bien les missions qui vous seront confiées.

Votre rémunération : fixe entre 28 et 31K€ brut annuel selon profil + variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs.
