Als Permanent Consultant in Regio West help je kandidaten aan een vaste baan en bouw je langdurige relaties op met bedrijven. Een ideale functie voor professionals met interesse in recruitment, sales, HR en talent acquisition.
Wat ga je doen?Als Permanent Recruitment Consultant ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen talent en organisaties. Je bouwt actief aan jouw netwerk, adviseert klanten en begeleidt kandidaten naar een passende, vaste baan.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
- Voeren van intakegesprekken met kandidaten
- Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces
- Voorstellen van kandidaten bij opdrachtgevers
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties
- Actief genereren van new business binnen jouw regio
- Schrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten
- Adviseren van organisaties over personeelsvraagstukken
- Bezoeken van bedrijven en signaleren van kansen in de markt
- Onderhouden van contact met kandidaten en klanten, ook na plaatsing
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je combineert recruitment, accountmanagement, coaching en commercie in één dynamische functie.
Wat bieden wij?- Salaris tussen € 3.030 en € 4.662 bruto per maand
- Bonusregeling én winstdeling
- 25,5 vakantiedagen
- Keuze tussen 13 ADV-dagen of 5% extra salaris
- 8% vakantietoeslag
- Netto kostenvergoeding (€34/maand) en reiskostenvergoeding (€0,25/km)

- Je bent gedreven, assertief en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende taken
- Je hebt affiniteit met recruitment, sales of HR
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Een proactieve, sociale en resultaatgerichte houding
- Commercieel inzicht en het vermogen kansen te signaleren
- Rijbewijs B is een pré
- Ervaring in recruitment of arbeidsbemiddeling is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
