We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to create impactful visual assets for our global campaigns, flagship events, and owned platforms. This role blends strong graphic design craft with motion design and video editing expertise. You will help bring our brand to life across channels, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every asset delivered.

What you’ll be doing

Creative Development & Execution

  • Design visually compelling motion graphics, videos, and animated assets that support global campaigns, events, and corporate communications initiatives.
  • Create high-quality static graphics, layouts, and digital assets for website, social media, presentations, executive communications, and print materials.
  • Translate campaign concepts and creative direction into polished, on-brand visual executions across channels.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and campaign requirements.
  • Support in video recording and editing.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with the Group Communications campaign team, and cross-functional partners to develop integrated campaign assets that align with strategic goals.
  • Support global event visual needs, including event branding, screen content, videos, and presentation materials.
  • Participate in creative ideation sessions, bringing fresh concepts and visual approaches to elevate campaign storytelling.

Workflow, Quality & Delivery

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all visual assets.
  • Keep current with design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools to continuously enhance quality and innovation.
  • Occasionally travel internationally to support Group events.
About you

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or video production, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience in video recording and aware of the latest AI tools and trends.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Motion Graphics, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting global campaigns or major events.
  • Skills in PowerPoint and familiarity with presentation design principles.
  • Understanding of animation standards for social media, digital platforms, and large-format event screens.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organisations is an advantage.
