Mission

As part of the Regional Outsourcing team, you act as a single point of contract for allocated clients. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Responsibilities

  • Making detailed SOP / Metrics for operation of the project in agreement with the Client and ensure adherence.
  • Define deliverables as per client requirements from time to time and to ensure that the project team delivers the deliverables
  • Responsible for maintaining the approved headcount and coordinate with project and recruitment team for the same. Recruit, hire, support, manage and terminate manpower to maintain the approved headcount
  • Create processes for efficient program management and to improve processes on a continuous basis
  • Ensure publishing of daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly dashboards (Sales / Competition / Regional Events, etc.) as per calendar agreed.
  • Constant monitoring of associates productivity on sales and performance metrics against laid down KPIs and take corrective action in case of any gap.

Travel Requirement : Occasional (up to 20%)

  • Internal Employees (Program Head, Assistant Program Manager, Branch Operations team, Recruitment Team, Outsourcing team)
  • External Customers (Clients, Associates, Business Partners)

  • Productivity of the associates
  • Delivery of the projects
  • Timely collection of payments and payouts
  • Achieving delivery & service quality norms

  • Ability to put across action plan to resolve complex project issue within a deadline
  • Ability to present complex data in a simpler form
  • Proactive to understand the requirements and deliver accordingly.
  • Flexible to work as per job requirements and stretch beyond working hours if required
