Wir suchen Dich als Volljurist:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Düsseldorf.

In unserem Team Labor Law & Labor Relations berätst Du den Konzern in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen – praxisnah, lösungsorientiert und im engen Austausch mit HR, Führungskräften und externen Partnern.

Du möchtest Dich im Arbeitsrecht breit aufstellen, Verantwortung übernehmen und Dich fachlich weiterentwickeln? Berufseinsteiger:innen sind bei uns ausdrücklich willkommen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Volljurist:in im Arbeitsrecht arbeitest du an abwechslungsreichen Themen mit echtem Praxisbezug:

Beratung zu individual- und kollektivarbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Mitarbeit im Arbeitsmigrationsrecht (z. B. Entsendungen, Aufenthaltstitel, internationale Mitarbeitende)
Erstellung von Schriftsätzen sowie Vorbereitung und Wahrnehmung von Gerichtsterminen
Sparringspartner:in für HR, Fachabteilungen und Führungskräfte
Beobachtung aktueller Rechtsprechung und arbeitsrechtlicher Trends
Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten, Stellungnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen
Mitarbeit an Labor-Relations-Projekten und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes 1. und 2. Staatsexamen
Interesse am Arbeitsrecht – erste Praxiserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
