Du möchtest unser Team in Düsseldorf verstärken? Für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Düsseldorf suchen wir dich als Business & System Controller (m/w/d), um gemeinsam unsere Controlling- und Systemlandschaft weiter voranzubringen.

Deine Aufgaben

Controlling & Analysen

  • Unterstützung bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für den Monatsabschluss sowie Plausibilisierung der Abschlussergebnisse
  • Analyse und Interpretation von finanziellen Kennzahlen zur Bewertung der Niederlassungsergebnisse
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Datenanalysen und Reports (z. B. Soll-Ist-Vergleiche) auf aggregierter Ebene für interne Stakeholder wie Geschäftsbereichs- und Niederlassungsleitungen

Systeme & Transformation

  • Mitarbeit an (Teil-)Projekten mit Fokus auf ERP-Implementierung und Fast-Close-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Migration und Validierung von Finanz- und Controllingdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer BI-Tools und Workflows zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting- und Analyseprozesse
Dein Profil

Ausbildung & Erfahrung

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finance, idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche oder in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld

Fachliche & analytische Kompetenzen

  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Controllingdaten sowie im Erstellen von Reports
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten

Kommunikation & Sprachen

  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Analyseergebnisse verständlich für unterschiedliche Stakeholder aufzubereiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
