Dein Auftrag: Technologie gestalten, Delivery skalieren und Menschen befähigen.
Du führst eine Organisation mit rund 100 Expert:innen in Software Engineering und DevOps – verteilt über mehrere Standorte im Süden Deutschlands – und treibst den Wandel hin zu einer modernen, zukunftsorientierten Delivery-Organisation.
Gemeinsam mit deinem Führungsteam gestaltest du den inhaltlichen Fokus der Sub Practice neu, diversifizierst unsere Kundenlandschaft und baust unsere Offshore-Delivery-Strukturen konsequent aus. Dabei hast du sowohl das operative Geschäft als auch die wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung im Blick.
Was Sie tun werden- Führen und Entwickeln: Du leitest ein erfahrenes Führungsteam und förderst eine Kultur von Eigenverantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und Exzellenz.
- Steuern und Gestalten: Du trägst die volle P&L-Verantwortung für deinen Bereich – von Umsatz und Marge bis hin zur Profitabilität.
- Liefern und Skalieren: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Software- und DevOps-Projekte inkl. Digital Engineering und Diagnosedatenmanagement Lösungen technisch führend, wirtschaftlich solide und termingerecht umgesetzt werden – onshore wie offshore.
- Transformieren und Innovieren: Du richtest deinen Bereich strategisch neu aus, förderst technologische Innovation und baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
- Kooperieren und Vernetzen: Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen Practices, Vertrieb, Delivery und HR zusammen – und bringst die Gesamtorganisation voran.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Offshore-Strukturen (z. B. Indien) und internationalen Delivery-Modellen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Software Development, DevOps, Digital Engineering, Diagnosedatenmanagement oder IT Delivery, idealerweise in einem komplexen Umfeld mit mehreren Standorten.
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) mit direkter Verantwortung für Führungskräfte („managing managers“).
- Erfolgreiche P&L- und Projektverantwortung mit Fokus auf Wachstum, Qualität und Profitabilität.
- Starke kommunikative und strategische Fähigkeiten – du kannst Menschen inspirieren und Organisationen weiterentwickeln.
- Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und Englisch auf C1-Niveau.
- Eine Schlüsselrolle mit hoher strategischer Sichtbarkeit und Gestaltungsspielraum.
- Direkten Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Tech Practice und das operative Geschäft.
- Führung eines starken Teams mit hoher fachlicher Kompetenz und eigenem Gestaltungsanspruch.
