Als Recruitment en Sales Consultant bij Adecco combineer je recruitment met
relatiebeheer. Je helpt kandidaten vooruit in hun carrière én ondersteunt bedrijven bij
het vinden van de juiste mensen. Het werk is afwisselend, sociaal en geeft veel
ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
De functie past goed bij iemand die energie krijgt van contact met mensen. De
functie heeft aspecten van recruitment, accountmanagement en HR. Met een
duidelijke onboarding, een buddy en trainingen via de Adecco Academy sta je er
bovendien nooit alleen voor.
De werkweek bestaat uit een mix van gesprekken, schrijven en schakelen. Denk aan
het voeren van intakegesprekken, het opbouwen van klantrelaties en het creëren van
sterke matches tussen talent en organisaties.
•Kandidaten spreken en begeleiden richting een nieuwe baan. Je stelt ze voor
bij opdrachtgevers en bereid ze voor op hun sollicitatiegesprek
•Bedrijven benaderen en relaties opbouwen in jouw regio
•Vacatureteksten schrijven en reacties opvolgen
•Contact houden met klant en kandidaat na plaatsing. Je gaat ook op
klantbezoek om aan de klantrelaties te bouwen
•Afwisseling staat centraal: het ene moment luister je naar iemands ambities,
het volgende moment denk je mee met een klant.
Nieuwsgierigheid, initiatief en interesse in mensen maken hier het verschil. Een
mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau en affiniteit met recruitment, sales, HR of
klantcontact helpen om snel te groeien. Gesprekken voeren gaat natuurlijk en
schakelen tussen verschillende contacten voelt prettig. Nederlands en Engels
beheers je goed. Het zou super zijn als jij beschikt over recruitment en sales ervaring, maar als je dat niet hebt, leren we het je graag!
Afwisseling, vrijheid en ontwikkeling staan centraal. In korte tijd bouw je skills op
waar je de rest van je carrière iets aan hebt. Je ontwikkelt sterke communicatie skills,
commerciële feeling en leert hoe organisaties en mensen écht werken. Er zijn
mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar andere afdelingen binnen Adecco. Denk
hierbij aan accountmanagement, recruitment, verzuim, management of HR.
•€2.695 – €3.236 bruto per maand (fulltime)
•Wanneer je goed ingewerkt bent (na ongeveer 6 maanden), zijn er
thuiswerkmogelijkheden in overleg met het team
•8% vakantietoeslag (maandelijks)
•25,5 vakantiedagen
•Keuze: 13 ADV-dagen of 5% extra salaris
