Présentation de la direction, de l’environnement, du contexte et de l’équipe :

Rattaché hiérarchiquement à la Directrice des Relations Sociales et fonctionnellement à la HRPB du périmètre, votre rôle est de gérer les relations sociales sur votre périmètre (IDF et Nord).

Vos principales missions :

En tant que juriste en relations sociales, vous aurez pour principales missions :

Gestion des IRP des DO IDF et Nord 

·        Participer aux réunions de coordination avec la DRS afin de pouvoir préparer utilement les réunions des instances sur son propre périmètre ;

·        Veiller à la bonne déclinaison dans les instances du périmètre des sujets portés au national

·        Préparer, organiser et suivre les instances représentatives au sein des deux DO (CSEE / CSSCT et représentants de proximité)

·        S’assurer d’apporter les réponses appropriées aux élus pour obtenir les avis nécessaires

·        Avoir un rôle d’alerte en cas de dysfonctionnement des instances sur le périmètre

·        Gérer avec l’appui de la DRS, les enquêtes, inspections et expertises

·        Participer à la mise en place des instances suite aux élections professionnelles

Conseil aux opérationnels

·        Veiller à la bonne application de nos principes fondamentaux de non-discrimination et d’égalité des chances.

·        Apporter tous les conseils nécessaires aux agences pour que la relation au quotidien avec les élus s’organise au mieux.

·        Participer à la montée en compétences des managers sur ce sujet en organisant régulièrement des formations en interne

·        Participation aux négociations des accords collectifs au sein de l’entreprise

·        Déclinaison sur les DO des accords collectifs signés en central

Gestion administrative des IRP

·        Organiser le suivi des heures de délégation, des frais inhérents aux mandats des élus

·        Fournir l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires à l’établissement de leur paie – annexe bulletin – au Middle Office pour les élus intérimaires et au service paie pour les élus permanents

·        Remontée également les éléments au contrôle de gestion pour la bonne imputation des frais

·        Assurer le suivi et la résolution des réclamations individuelles des élus

·        Gérer les dossiers individuels disciplinaires des élus en lien avec la DRS

Des déplacements (à la journée) à Lille sont à prévoir une à deux fois par mois.


Diplômé(e) d’un Master 2 en Droit social, vous avez une première expérience d'au mois 4 ans en relations collectives. 

Vous intégrerez une équipe à l'esprit collaboratif. Votre capacité d'adaptation, votre rigueur ainsi que votre orientation résultat vous permettront de réussir au sein du groupe Adecco.
