Role Summary
Reporting to the Director, Regional Sales APAC, the Regional Account Manager will drive strategic growth across the region by leading end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting and qualification to managing regional tenders and closing new opportunities. This role partners closely with country leaders to align objectives, prioritize key accounts, and execute structured plans to gain, grow, and retain strategic clients.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the incumbent will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients while expanding a robust regional network. The role will also ensure seamless transition to implementation teams by establishing clear service delivery guidelines, with the overarching objective of accelerating regional expansion and strengthening long-term partnerships across APAC.
What you’ll be doing
oProspect, qualify, orchestrate and close new businesses within the APAC region
oActively work with internal and external stakeholders to perform all the necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualification.
oMonitor key accounts, prioritize accounts to be gained/grown/retained
oAlign objectives with different countries in the region with regular follow-up
oManage participation in regional tenders, including RFI, specifications, quotation
oEstablish and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential clientale
oGrow and maintain a deep and wide set of contacts in the region
oSet transition plans for the implementation teams as well as service delivery guidelines
Job Requirements
®Education
oUniversity Degree in Business Administration / Sales
®Work experience
oExperience in account management (Asia) in a multinational environment |
®Skills
oYou should be able to manage projects independently and should have proven track record in development of complex business solutions
oExperience in an international business environment and the ability to communication fluently in English with various stakeholders (Internal & external) is very essential for this position
oYou must be highly detail oriented, must have excellent writing skills and the ability work under stringent and tight deadlines
oYou should be an excellent negotiator, customer focused and come with sound project management skills
oTo be successful in this role, you need to extremely meticulous, responsible and have experience with Microsoft Packages, PowerPoint, Excel
