Votre rôle
Expert-e réseau emploi de votre territoire, votre force de proposition et vos actions permettent de mettre en perspective les opportunités d’emploi de votre périmètre que vous proposez à un portefeuille de candidats. Pour mener à bien votre mission, vous travaillez au repositionnement des candidats en véritable binôme avec les consultants référents qui les accompagnent.
•Au quotidien, vous fédérez un réseau de partenaires historiques et contribuez également à le développer : entreprises, agences de placement, organismes de formation, acteurs institutionnels et associatifs de l’emploi.
•Vous collectez les opportunités d’emploi auprès de ce réseau de partenaires auquel vous proposez gratuitement et de manière proactive des candidatures ciblées et pré-qualifiées ainsi que l’accès gratuit à des outils digitaux innovants de sourcing.
•Vous vous tenez informé-e de l’évolution du marché de l’emploi : tendances et nouveaux métiers et vous représentez LHH lors d’évènements majeurs et incontournables tels que salons, forums.
•Vous organisez également au sein de nos bureaux des évènements pour créer la rencontre entre les besoins en compétences de nos partenaires et les profils que nous accompagnons : job datings, forums emploi, visites d’entreprises…
•Vous animez des ateliers thématiques pour les candidats principalement des ateliers sur les Bassins d’Emploi sur lesquels vous officiez.
•Vous intervenez lors de soutenances commerciales pour présenter l’expertise que vous incarnez à nos clients.
•De manière ponctuelle, vous réalisez des études d’employabilité qui apportent à nos clients des clés de lecture de leurs territoires et leur facilitent le dialogue social dans le cadre de leurs projets de réorganisation.

Votre profil
De formation à minima BAC +3, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans le recrutement, la prospection ou dans le commercial.
Votre tempérament proactif vous pousse à aller chercher les opportunités d’emploi là où elles se trouvent.
A l’aise à l’écrit comme à l’oral vous avez une utilisation agile des outils de la bureautique : suite Office, réseaux sociaux et bases de données sourcing. Anglais professionnel souhaité
