Responsable des comptabilités H/F
Villeurbanne, France Apply for RoleAu sein de la Direction financière du Groupe Adecco et rattaché au Directeur des Services Financiers du Groupe, vous avez pour mission en tant que Responsable des Comptabilités H/F de superviser les services de la comptabilité générale et des comptabilités auxiliaires en charge de la tenue des comptes des entités juridiques d’une des marques du Groupe Adecco en France. Vous animez les clôtures et les équipes comptables locales et du CSP européen, vous êtes le garant de la bonne application des normes comptables françaises, vous traitez les sujets comptables complexes et vous facilitez la préparation des comptes Groupe en US GAAP. Vous accompagnez vos équipes dans le changement et dans leur développement notamment dans la mise en place d’un CSP européen, d’une mutualisation et d’un alignement des processus comptables entre les différentes marques du groupe. Vous participez aussi à d’autres projets transverses.
Afin de mener à bien vos missions, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le CSP comptable européen, le Responsable du Reporting Groupe, les Responsables Comptables des autres marques, le Responsable de la Transformation, le Groupe et la DSI. Véritable business partner des équipes de Performance Management, vous êtes à l’écoute de leurs besoins ainsi que de ceux des autres clients internes. Vous gérez les relations avec les CAC.
De formation comptable ou finance de type Bac 4/5, vous disposez au minimum de 10 ans d’expérience au sein d’un cabinet d’audit puis au sein d’une direction comptable d’un grand groupe avec un double référentiel comptable (PCG et IFRS/US GAAP). Vous maitrisez les règles ainsi que les techniques comptables et fiscales. Vous êtes familier des procédures et du contrôle interne ainsi que des outils informatiques. Vous êtes à l’aise dans la gestion de projet et la conduite du changement. Vous aimez le management d’équipe et le travail en équipe. Anglais professionnel écrit et oral courant.
