Votre rôle


Rattaché(e) à la direction achats/immobilier/parc auto, vous serez en charge de la gestion quotidienne du parc automobile du Groupe. Véritable pivot entre les utilisateurs, les prestataires et les fonctions supports, vous veillerez à la disponibilité, la conformité, et l’optimisation du parc de véhicules.


Vos missions


Gestion opérationnelle du parc


• Assurer la disponibilité des véhicules (attribution, renouvellement, transfert, restitution)
• Suivre l’entretien des véhicules (révisions, contrôles techniques, pneumatiques, etc.)
• Organiser les convoyages internes, les livraisons et les restitutions des véhicules
• Mettre en œuvre et suivre les campagnes de sensibilisation à l’utilisation des véhicules


Achats & relations fournisseurs


• Analyser et traiter les besoins internes automobile
• Gérer les commandes de véhicules, cartes carburant et badges télépéage dans le respect des règles achats Groupe
• Suivre la relation avec nos fournisseurs et prestataires (loueurs, garages, convoyeurs…)


Administration & suivi


• Gérer les amendes en lien avec notre prestataire
• Tenir à jour les bases de données dans notre outil de gestion
• Garantir la bonne application des procédures internes ainsi que participer à leur amélioration (utilisation, sécurité, restitution…)
• Renseigner les collaborateurs les différents sujets liés au parc automobile (Règles d’attribution, sécurité, usage du véhicule…)
Suivi budgétaire et facturation
• Contrôler et valider les factures des prestataires et fournisseurs
• Participer à l’optimisation des coûts du parc


Tâches ponctuelles


• Déplacements occasionnels pour dépôt ou retrait de véhicules (révision, nettoyage, etc.)


Doté d'une première expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire, votre sens du service client est développé. Votre rigueur vous permet de suivre votre portefeuille de fournisseurs. Vous avez des qualités rédactionnelles ainsi qu'un bon relationnel. 

La maitrise d'Excel vous permettra de mener à bien vos missions.
