Présentation de la direction, de l’environnement, du contexte et de l’équipe :
Au sein du service Middle office, vous êtes en charge d’accompagner les projets du domaine dans les phases de cadrage, d’expression du besoin, spécifications et testing. Vous travaillez avec le Product Manager et contribuez à délivrer les solutions attendues par le business. Vous êtes en contact avec les directions métiers concernées, les autres directions de l’ITD et autres fonctions support quand nécessaire.
Dans ce cadre, vous aurez pour principales missions de :
Animer, organiser et planifier les ateliers de recueil de besoins sous la responsabilité du chef de projet /product manager
Contribuer à faire arbitrer les demandes et besoins métiers auprès des instances de décision (Comité pilotage, atelier validation métier, …)
Rédiger les cahiers des charges fonctionnel et les spécifications générales
Analyser les réponses et aider aux choix des solutions fonctionnelles
Participer et / ou rédiger le plan de tests et recettes
Définir et / ou réaliser des actions de formation utilisateur dans le domaine de l'IT
Participer aux recettes d’évolutions et corrections d'anomalies
Documenter le cas échéant les processus métiers/IT nécessaires à un bon niveau de maintien en conditions opérationnelles
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des solutions
Assurer la communication avec les acteurs et prescripteurs du projet,
Assurer la passation avec la maintenance – Livraison de l’ensemble des documents afférents (SFG, synthèse impacts techniques, backlog projet, REX projet, ...) – Gestion du early live support.
Niveau d’études : Minimum Bac +2 en Informatique
Maitrise d’une langue requise : Anglais professionnel
Maitrise d’outils informatique : SQL
Expérience : Connaissance fonctionnelle de l’outil DECLICserait un plus.
Savoir-faire :
Maitrise des processus opérationnels et des systèmes d'information sur le domaine Middle Office
Capacité à questionner/découvrir comprendre et challenger les besoins des utilisateurs et les processus métier
Capacité à concevoir des solutions cibles dans le respect des standards IT
Capacité à réaliser des spécifications et mapping d’interface
Compétences SQL et base de données (Requêtage en table)
Savoir-être :
Capacité à animer des réunions, écouter et challenger les propositions
Connaissance du pilotage de projet
Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps
Fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
Excellentes aptitudes de communication
Excellent esprit d'équipe
Bonne organisation
