- Du unterstützt unser Team vorwiegend im Recruiting bei allen personalrelevanten, administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
- Du erstellst, betreust und optimierst Stellenanzeigen, die wirklich Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen.
- Du lernst den gesamten Recruitingprozess von A bis Z kennen und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Teilaufgaben.
- Du lernst ebenso Bereiche, wie Mitarbeiterbetreuung, Vertrieb und Themen des Backoffices kennen
- Du sorgst durch eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise für hohe Datenqualität und einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Team.
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in – idealerweise im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Fach.
- Organisation ist dein Ding: Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst den Überblick und gehst Aufgaben prozess- und lösungsorientiert an.
- Du kommunizierst klar, offen und gerne – auf Deutsch fließend und auf Englisch sicher genug, um dich mit internationalen Kandidat*innen auszutauschen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst Eigeninitiative mit und hast Lust, dich aktiv im Team einzubringen.
