Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staan. Met jouw organisatietalent en communicatieve skills weet je de wensen van zowel medewerkers als de klant te combineren in een sluitend rooster.
Elke dag sta je in contact met uitzendkrachten, luister je naar hun beschikbaarheid en match je deze met de roosterbehoefte van het casino. Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt efficiënt en haalt voldoening uit een goed geplande werkdag. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat onze gasten een topavond beleven en onze medewerkers tevreden aan het werk gaan!
- Dagelijks opstellen en beheren van roosters voor uitzendkrachten.
- Communiceren met uitzendkrachten en inspelen op hun beschikbaarheid.
- Snel schakelen bij last-minute wijzigingen en onverwachte situaties.
- Meedenken over het optimaliseren van het planningsproces.
In deze uitdagende plannersrol werk je hybride. Dit kan zijn op een Adecco vestiging, het hoofdkantoor van Holland Casino in Hoofdorp, op de verschillende locaties van het Holland Casino of thuis.
Wat bieden wij?- Geniet van een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris tussen €2.800,- en€3.100,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
- Profiteer van een flexibel werkschema, met de mogelijkheid om ook vanuit thuis te werken.
- Kies voor een werkweek van 40 uur per week.
- Wij bieden royale secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:
- Maandelijkse uitbetaling van 13 adv dagen in het eerste jaar, na het eerste jaar kan je deze (deels) opnemen.
- Vakantietoeslag, kan ook maandelijks uitbetaald worden
- Netto vaste kostenvergoeding
- Reiskostenvergoeding
- 25,5 vakantiedagen
- Uitstekende pensioenregeling
- Je bent minimaal beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.
- Ervaren met plannen en roosteren (pré, maar geen must).
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Een proactieve aanpakker die gedreven is om doelen te bereiken.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel, moeilijke gesprekken ga je niet uit de weg.
- Sociaal en in staat om effectief samen te werken in een team.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift.
