Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Développement Clients et Talents pour notre agence d’Annecy afin accélérer notre croissance, développer notre portefeuille clients et créer les bonnes opportunités pour nos candidats.

Votre mission:

Vous gérez, développez et fidélisez un vivier de candidats afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Vous êtes également un partenaire commercial de proximité, capable d'identifier les opportunités et de promouvoir l'ensemble de nos solutions RH.

Vos principales responsabilités:

- Recrutement

Développer et animer un vivier de candidats adapté aux besoins de nos clients.
Sourcer les meilleurs profils via les jobboards, réseaux et partenaires emploi.
Rédiger, diffuser et suivre les annonces de recrutement.
Conduire les entretiens, évaluer les compétences et réaliser les prises de références.
Assurer le placement actif des candidats et anticiper les fins de mission.

- Développement commercial

Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients et prospects.
Identifier les besoins en recrutement et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Réaliser des actions de prospection et de développement commercial sédentaire.
Négocier les offres et conditions commerciales.

- Gestion administrative et suivi

Constituer et mettre à jour les dossiers clients et candidats.
Assurer le suivi administratif des recrutements et des délégations.
Veiller au respect des procédures et à la sécurité des collaborateurs délégués.

Vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience dans le recrutement, les ressources humaines ou le développement commercial. Une forte appétence pour le commerce et la relation client sera également appréciée.

Votre rémunération : Fixe entre 28K€ et 30K€ selon profil sur 13 mois + 15% de variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs.
