Strategic Communications Lead – Tech & AI

This role combines deep subject matter expertise with end-to-end accountability for developing and driving the Adecco Group’s communication strategy for technology and AI.
The Strategic Communications Lead will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor within Group Communications, ensuring the right information flow and perception is created to position the Adecco Group as a leading voice in the area of technology, with a particular focus on AI.
Strategic contribution:
- Foundational excellence: Be the topic expert for the function. Engaging with the key stakeholders across the organization to develop the editorial calendar and strategic messaging for AI for the Adecco Group, aligned with the communications strategies for our global business units.
- Communications strategy development: Develop and drive the communications strategy for technology and AI, working with the heads of external communications, thought leadership, content and operation and internal engagement.
- Gather the latest trends and market insights on technology and AI in our space, joining the dots with colleagues across the company.
- Providing the input for strategic messaging on tech and AI to the thought leadership team.
- Gathering information from across the group as input to communications content relevant to technology and AI.
- Developing a communications strategy together with the communications leadership team functional specialists.
- Ensuring there is a strong flow of information and news in line with our strategy.
- Academic background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, Languages, Humanities or Technology.
- 10 years + of experience in strategic communications, preferably in international and matrixed environments.
- Experience of technology communications.
- Experience of developing communications strategy including analytics.
- General marcoms experience (web development, campaign creation, PR, thought leadership.
- Experience in researching and strategic messaging development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams.
