The Group SVP Finance Adecco owns the financial performance of Adecco’s Global Business Unit and acts as a strategic partner to the Adecco President and Group CFO.
The role is accountable for shaping and executing financial strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth, and driving financial discipline, transparency, and performance across the business. The position demands outstanding cross-country and cross-GBU collaboration capabilities while partnering closely with the Regional Heads of Finance to align priorities and drive transformation.
What you’ll be doingStrategic Partnership & Business Leadership
- Partner with the Adecco President and Group CFO on financial strategy and key business decisions
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth aligned with Group strategic priorities
- Provide independent financial insight and advice on strategic and tactical matters
- Contribute directly to Group-level strategic outcomes
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Regional Heads of Finance, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective execution of financial priorities across regions
Financial Ownership & Performance Management
- Own end-to-end financial performance of the Global Business Unit
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting
- Oversee financial performance tracking versus targets and long-term strategy
- Manage resource allocation, capital expenditures, and funding priorities
Financial Strategy & Governance
- Define and lead financial strategy in alignment with Adecco Group objectives
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and cost management discipline
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and financial controls
- Take corrective actions to address financial performance challenges
Finance Transformation & Capability Building
- Lead global finance transformation initiatives across people, processes, and systems while partnering closely with the Regional Heads of Finance
- Develop tools, insights, and analytics capabilities to support decision-making
- Establish efficient and effective financial operating models
- Enable data-driven financial insights at scale
Organizational Leadership & Talent Development
- Build and lead a high-performing, insight-driven global finance organization
- Develop future finance leadership pipeline
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
- Proven senior leadership experience in global Finance roles
- Strong track record in financial strategy, performance management, and transformation
- Deep financial acumen and commercial insight
- Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Outstanding collaboration ability to act across countries and GBUs,
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
- Strong familiarity with corporate systems, financial tools, and standard software (e.g., MS Office)
- Fluency in english
