Waarom deze rol belangrijk is
Als Senior Bidmanager ben jij van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor grote aanbestedingen, RFP’s en strategische tenders. Je leidt het volledige bidproces: van planning en coördinatie tot analyse, strategische keuzes en het schrijven van overtuigende teksten. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar junior en senior kennis samenkomt – jouw ervaring tilt het team naar een hoger niveau.
Wat ga je doen?- Je neemt deregieover complexe bids en aanbestedingen met veel stakeholders.
- Je analyseert aanbestedingsdocumenten, leest tussen de regels en vertaalt dit naar een winnende strategie.
- Je stelt vragen op, leest stukken, bewaakt deadlines en zet acties uit.
- Je schrijft inhoudelijke, heldere en onderscheidende teksten die volledig inspelen op de klantvraag.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uitsales, operatie, controlling, training, arbeidsmarktspecialistenen meer (soms 10+ per project).
- Je zorgt voor een 100%complianten professioneel bidproces.
- Je borgt kwaliteit in de tenderbibliotheek en draagt actief verbeteringen aan.
- Als Senior ben je sparringpartner voor collega’s én backup voor de Manager Tender & Bid.
- Salaris tussen€4.131 en €6.842bruto per maand
- 25,5 vakantiedagen

- Minimaal8 jaar ervaringin een commerciële of bid-/salesgerichte rol
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Sterke analytische skills
- Talent voor commercieel en overtuigend schrijven
- Projectmanagementvaardigheden
- Energie om samen te werken in multidisciplinaire teams
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
