Als E-commerce manager werk je in het ambitieuze marketingteam van Adecco. We richten ons op de volledige klantreis van kandidaten, opdrachtgevers en onze interne medewerkers. Binnen het team werken we multidisciplinair vanuit de pijlers: Content & Communicatie, Customer Experience, Demand Generation, Candidate Attraction en Digital Marketing. Samen zorgen we voor maximale impact – en vooral: resultaat.
Wat ga je doenAls E-Commerce Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de online wervingskanalen en het ontwikkelen van effectieve B2B leadgeneratiecampagnes. Jij:
- Zet onze omnichannel recruitmentstrategie verder kracht bij en rolt deze uit;
- Coördineert een sterke kanaalmix (SEO, SEA, social, affiliates) samen met specialisten;
- Analyseert data en stuurt op conversie, ROI en andere relevante KPI’s;
- Bouwt bruggen tussen marketing, operatie en externe partners;
- Verbetert de customer journey voor kandidaten én klanten continu;
- Denkt actief mee over tooling, processen en systemen binnen digital marketing.
- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, in marketing, digital business of e-commerce;
- 3–5 jaar relevante ervaring in digital marketing, recruitment marketing of B2B leadgeneratie;
- Ervaring met campagnebeheer, projectmanagement en tools als SEO/SEA/social advertising;
- Bekendheid met scrum/agile werken is een pré;
- Je bent ondernemend, communicatief sterk en analytisch scherp;
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend.
- Maandsalaris tussen € 3.698 en € 5.874 (obv fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring
- 8,33% vakantiegeld, incentiveregeling, pensioenopbouw
- Onkosten- en kilometervergoeding
- 25,5 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV dagen na één jaar
- Persoonlijke ontwikkeling via opleidingen en trainingen
