Als Consultant Payroll ben je voor onze klanten een externe HR‑afdeling. Je adviseert over werkgeverschap, arbeidsvoorwaarden, contracten, expatregelingen en wet‑ en regelgeving. Dit vraagt om nieuwsgierigheid en het vermogen om snel inzicht te krijgen in nieuwe situaties. Je helpt klanten en medewerkers, waaronder veel expats, bij vragen die soms voor het eerst worden gesteld.
De functie bestaat uit verschillende onderdelen. Welke mix jouw rol krijgt, hangt af van waar jij in uitblinkt. We zetten je in op de onderdelen waar jouw kracht het beste tot zijn recht komt.
Relatiebeheer & advies
- Je hebt frequent contact met klanten, vaak via Teams maar ook op locatie.
- Je adviseert over contracten, HR‑vraagstukken, regelingen, re‑integratie en expatprocedures.
- Je bewaakt de balans tussen goed werkgeverschap en commercieel verantwoord handelen.
Complexe vraagstukken & casuïstiek
- We hebben zo'n 200 medewerkers op de payroll, waarvan 80–85 expats.
- Je helpt hen met inhoudelijke vragen over contracten, pensioenregelingen en wet‑ en regelgeving.
- Je werkt veel in het Engels en schakelt tussen diverse culturele en juridische contexten.
Prospects & nieuwe klanten
- Je spreekt klanten die weinig kennis hebben van de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt.
- Je geeft helder advies over onze payroll‑dienstverlening en HR‑zaken.
- Je werkt alleen met warme leads — geen koude sales.
Administratie & proceswerk
- Je verwerkt contracten, verlengingen en kostenplaatsautorisaties.
- Je verzorgt visumaanvragen en begeleidt expats door relevante procedures.

- Bruto salaris van €2.800,- tot €3.200,- op fulltime basis
- Fulltime functie, 32 uur is bespreekbaar
- Netto onkostenvergoeding van €34,- per maand
- Pensioenregeling met lage werknemersbijdrage (meer netto overhouden!)
- 25,5 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband
- De keuze tussen 5% extra salaris of 13 extra vrije dagen (in jaar 1 uitbetaald)
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Nieuwsgierige en empatische instelling
- Sterke communicatie in Nederlands én Engels
- Ervaring met administratie, HR-kennis is een pré
