Nous recrutons un Chargé de développement H/F en stage à Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, le Muy, ou Nice.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Développement des compétences et accompagnement RH :
- Conseiller et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles sur les méthodes et outils RH.
- Piloter la création et la refonte des parcours de formation dédiés à l’évaluation des compétences.
- Co-animer des sessions de formation en vente et production de prestations.
- Concevoir des simulations d’entretiens et activités pratiques pour renforcer la montée en compétences.
- Mettre en place un suivi des coachings et assurer la gestion du planning de formation.
Marketing/Communication :
Concevoir des supports de formation attractifs (guides, vidéos, présentations interactives).
Développer et piloter la communication interne autour des parcours de formation et des bonnes pratiques.
Participer à la mise en place de campagnes internes pour valoriser les initiatives RH et commerciales.
Contribuer à la création de contenus engageants (articles, newsletters, infographies) pour renforcer l’adhésion des équipes.
Gestion/Veille
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de services pour améliorer l’expérience collaborateur.
- Assurer le suivi des formations et des coachings à travers des reportings et analyses.
- Effectuer une veille sur les tendances RH et les meilleures pratiques en développement des compétences.

✔ Créatif(ve), organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
✔ Curieux(se) avec un fort esprit d’analyse
✔ À l’aise en communication écrite et orale et avez un talent pour l’animation de formations
