Juriste Droit des Affaires H/F
Villeurbanne, France Apply for RoleDans le cadre d’un remplacement temporaire, nous recherchons un(e) Juriste (F/H) dont le poste sera basé à Villeurbanne (69). Ce CDD est à pourvoir de début juin à fin octobre.
Directement rattaché(e) au Directeur juridique du groupe, vos missions seront de :
- Analyser, rédiger et négocier de manière autonome les contrats (principalement contrats de prestations de services) concernant nos activités
- Apporter votre conseil et assistance aux opérationnels dans leurs problématiques contractuelles et juridiques lors de la phase d’avant-vente (analyse et minimisation des clauses à risque) et la phase d’exécution du contrat
- Conduire et gérer les dossiers de contentieux liés aux activités de l’entreprise (à l’exclusion de ceux relatifs au droit social, droit des sociétés et au droit fiscal), en lien avec les avocats et experts
- Animer des formations à partir des supports de la Direction Juridique
Diplômé(e) d’un Master 2 en Droit des Affaires, vous disposez d'une première expérience sur des sujets similaires au sein d'un environnement international.
Maitrise courante de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
Pratique de la négociation contractuelle et excellente aptitude à travailler en équipe
