Gestionnaire Approvisionnement H/F

Au sein de la Direction Achats, vous assurez le bon approvisionnement des BU, agences et clients internes grâce à des processus efficaces visant à optimiser la satisfaction client et les coûts. Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des approvisionnements, depuis la validation des demandes internes jusqu'à la commande auprès des fournisseurs, en veillant au suivi des livraisons et au paiement des factures en collaboration avec différents services.
Contexte et rôle :
Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Approvisionnement qui participe activement à l’optimisation de nos achats indirects.
Missions principales :
- Référencer les fournisseurs et orienter les demandes vers les prestataires appropriés.
- Gérer et optimiser les processus de commandes, d’engagements de dépenses et de suivi des marchandises, dans le respect des normes.
- Valider les bons de commande et mettre à jour les processus d’achat selon les bonnes pratiques.
- Piloter un portefeuille d’achats de 25 000 €.
- Collaborer avec les différents services pour assurer une prise en charge optimale des demandes.
- Contribuer à l’implémentation d'un nouveau système ERP (modules Source-to-Contract et Procure-to-Pay).
Profil recherché :
Doté d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum (dont alternances et stages) sur un poste similaire en approvisionnement, vous êtes reconnu pour votre excellente communication, votre aisance relationnelle, votre agilité, ainsi que pour votre assertivité et votre leadership.
Conditions :
- Type de contrat : CDI.
- Rémunération : 30-35K.
- Localisation : Villeurbanne – Adely.
