Le pôle ADV de la région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes renforce ses équipes et recrute un Gestionnaire ADV H/F en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir au sein du siège Adecco à Villeurbanne.
Rattaché au Responsable Administration des Ventes, vous intervenez en support des équipes commerciales et managériales sur votre périmètre.
Interlocuteur privilégié des collaborateurs, vous prenez en charge la gestion administrative du personnel et la gestion financière des affaires : contrôle des rapports d'activités / préparation et transmission des éléments de salaire variable au Service Paie / enregistrement des offres commerciales et commandes clients / émission des factures / suivi des règlements et des relances / paramétrage des affaires dans l'outil de gestion / réalisation du bilan de gestion en collaboration avec votre hiérarchie, le Contrôle de Gestion et les Managers Opérationnels de votre périmètre (encours sur affaire).
De formation Bac +2/3 en gestion, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience similaire acquise dans l’univers des services de préférence (type ESN ou cabinet de conseil) et au travers de laquelle vous avez démontré votre capacité à travailler en équipe, votre sens du service et votre excellent relationnel.
Organisé(e), autonome, disponible et réactif, vous avez le sens des priorités et savez faire preuve de discrétion.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
La connaissance de l’ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX serait un plus.
