Vous intégrerez la Direction de la Communication du Groupe Adecco et tout particulièrement l’équipe de la Directeur Création & Evènementiel.

Votre rôle consiste à participer à la création des différents supports de communication du Groupe et des Business Units en collaboration avec d’autres profils créatifs de votre équipe dans le cadre de notre communication interne et de projets spécifiques externes.

Vos principales missions sont :

Participer aux briefs afin d’identifier et d’analyser le besoin des demandes
Réaliser des supports de communication, principalement digitaux, mais encore parfois print : livrets digitaux, présentations simples ou créatives, visuels pour l’intranet ou les réseaux sociaux, infographie, kakémonos, écrans…
Proposer des concepts créatifs innovants et des chartes projets pour humaniser notre communication
Décliner des supports à la charte graphique du Groupe et des business units différentes.
Assurer un suivi des briefs
Faire une veille des nouvelles tendances créatives / benchmark du marché et les partager lors de brainstormings

Bonus : si vous présentez un intérêt pour l’image animée, le motion design et AfterEffects, vous serez comblé.

Le tout dans le respect des chartes graphiques, des guidelines et des délais.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez amené à être en contact avec les membres de la Direction de la Communication et les différentes directions du Groupe.

Issu(e) d’une formation en graphisme ou communication visuelle, vous êtes créatif, de nature curieuse et sensible au milieu artistique
Vous maîtrisez la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) ainsi que la Suite Office (notamment PowerPoint et Word) et vous connaissez la chaîne graphique
Vous êtes polyvalent, compte-tenu de la variété des supports que vous réaliserez
Vous êtes au fait des nouveaux canaux de communication et des tendances en matière de création graphiques
Vous êtes polyvalent et rigoureux
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager vos savoir-faire et vous souhaitez monter en compétences
Vous êtes intéressé par la communication interne et les sujets liés à un grand groupe
Les petits plus : vous pratiquez le dessin, l’illustration ou le motion
