Troyes, France Apply for RoleNous sommes une agence de travail temporaire établie sur le bassin Troyen, et nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable de Recrutement expérimenté(e) pour renforcer notre équipe. En tant que professionnel(le) du recrutement, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre planning en identifiant, évaluant et sélectionnant les candidats idéaux pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
Responsabilités :
Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la compréhension des besoins des clients à la sélection des candidats, en mettant l'accent sur le secteur de l'intérim.
Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour anticiper et satisfaire leurs besoins en personnel temporaire.
Effectuer des entretiens approfondis pour évaluer les compétences techniques, l'expérience et la compatibilité culturelle des candidats.
Maintenir et développer un réseau de talents qualifiés.
Garantir le respect des normes légales et réglementaires en matière d'intérim.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe pour assurer une communication fluide et une prestation de service de qualité.
Rémunération : selon profil 24 à 28K€ annuel sur 13 mois, 5% de rémunération variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs.

Profil recherché :
Bac +2 minimum dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou une discipline connexe.
Expérience significative dans le recrutement, avec une préférence pour une expérience antérieure au sein d'une agence de travail temporaire.
Compétences avérées en sourcing, évaluation des candidats et utilisation d'outils de recrutement.
Excellentes compétences relationnelles, orientation client, et capacité à travailler de manière collaborative.
Dynamique, pragmatique, et capable de s'adapter à un environnement dynamique.
